Our materials, imported from Europe, are polymerized and modified with over ten international standard environmentally friendly materials such as high toughness polymers, antioxidants, UV absorbers, light stabilizers, anti-static agents, nucleating agents, and scratch resistant agents to form a unique LB-FS2019 polymer material. We have applied for a national invention patent.

LB-FS2019 polymer material, the integration of polymer chains is stable and firm, and the overall product has extremely strong rigidity and flexibility, with excellent mechanical strength. It can release local forces to other parts of the product, thereby achieving force release and buffering, and the product will not be damaged or cracked. This stable molecular structure also enables the product to recover quickly and maintain its shape after being stressed.

The products made of LB-FS2019 polymer material maintain good impact resistance and flexibility between minus 40 degrees Celsius and 80 degrees Celsius. After being subjected to low-temperature and high-temperature 24-hour cyclic high and low temperature tests by authoritative institutions, they were subjected to extrusion 2/3 deformation tests and showed no signs of embrittlement or cracking.

The UV resistance of the product made of LB-FS2019 polymer material is tested in the xenon test chamber for more than 1500H (equivalent to three years outdoors) in accordance with the standard of Toyota TSF7365G 5.2.5 Jan.2017, and there is no embrittlement, discoloration, deformation, cracking, etc.

LB-FS2019 polymer material underwent ultra-high temperature combustion experiments with a ignition point of 290 ℃, and no toxic or hazardous gases were released after combustion. The material insulation is non-conductive, corrosion-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, and wear-resistant. The product is suitable for use in various working conditions such as indoor and outdoor.
